Application Form can be obtained from Club office between 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. on all working days except Tuesdays. Further clarification if any can be sought from the Club Officials available at Telephone No. 29556060 and 29551373. Application Form duly completed along with cheque/draft, photographs, PAN and other supporting documents, etc. is required to be submitted to Club office for processing. Club Office will inform about the date of interview fixed with the Membership Sub-Committee. A person shall be allotted membership number and issued membership card(s) based on the recommendations of the Sub-committee and approval by the Honorary Secretary.

The Club has membership of approximately 2500, with persons from high affluent class of society. The details are given below :

FOUNDER MEMBER (FM)

Those members who originally joined to form a Society when Club was not in existence and had made substantial contribution towards establishment of the Club. A Founder Member is not required to pay monthly subscription.

LIFE MEMBER (LM)

Enrolment into Life Membership has been discontinued as per the decision taken by the Managing Committee on 31st March, 2010. A life member is also not required to pay monthly subscription.

PERMANENT MEMBER (PM)

Further enrolment into Permanent Membership was discontinued with w.e.f. 01 Aug 2015 by a decision of the Managing Committee. A Permanent member is required to pay prevailing monthly subscription/other charges plus GST, which is subject to revision from time to time.

ASSOCIATE MEMBER (AM)

The Managing Committee launched Associate Membership Scheme WITHOUT VOTING RIGHTS w.e.f. 01 Aug 2015 aimed at restricting further enrolment to keep an optimum strength of members. Under this scheme, a person can become an Associate Member on payment of prevailing Membership fees plus GST subject to approval of Managing Committee. An Associate Member shall be required to pay prevailing monthly subscription/other charges plus GST, which is subject to revision from time to time.

ASSOCIATE DEPENDENT MEMBER (ADM)

The Scheme - I was launched in April 2017 for children of Founder, Life, Permanent and Associate Members on payment of Membership Fee decided by the Committee. Scheme – II commenced on 01 July 2019 for 100 dependants (21-35 years) on first-cum-first-served basis and shall close on 31 Dec 2019.

CORPORATE MEMBER

Corporate Membership is given to a minimum of two members of a business house. Membership Fee and subscription will be same as for a Permanent/Associate member. However, the company retains the right to keep rotating the members.

OUTSTATION MEMBER (OUTSIDE/INSIDE THE COUNTRY)

A Permanent, Associate and Associate Dependant Member who plans to proceed abroad for more than 6 (Six) consecutive months shall be granted Outstation Membership on production of documentary evidence/proof (VISA/appointment letter/Proof of residence) of stay abroad. Similarly, a Permanent, Associate and Associate Dependant Member residing outside NCR but within India shall be granted outstation membership by submitting undisputed proof of service/residence etc. In both cases, the members shall pay 50% of applicable subscription, alongwith other charges plus GST as applicable.

CONCESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP FOR DEPENDANT CHILDREN AND SENIOR CITIZENS

A maximum of two dependants of a member can become Associate Member (AM) under Concessional Membership Scheme in the age group of 21 to 25 years. Similarly, a senior citizen above 60 years can avail Concessional Membership under the scheme. The membership entry fee will be 50% of existing Associate Membership fee plus GST, which is subject to revision from time to time.

CONCESSION TO SENIOR CITIZENS ON PAYMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION

Senior Citizens above the age of 65 years shall be granted 25% concession towards payment of subscription. If a senior citizen availing 25% concession on payment of subscription and granted outstation membership, he/she shall get only one concession i.e. maximum 50% exemption on payment of subscription plus GST.
